Webfold Call Centre answers your telephone calls live 24 hours a day 7 days a week for one set charge per week, so you know exactly how much you are paying without the worry of "per minute" call charges as we will charge per call over the included number.  From as little as £13.75 per week you can have your calls answered live in your company name, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You will be given a free Local or National rate non-geographic number to route your calls that will be be answered by a dedicated team of friendly agents, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Giving the impression of a fully staffed office at a fraction of the cost.

Working with you on a daily basis, your calls can be handled when it suits you. Simply divert your calls during a busy period , out of hours or 24 hours a day. All these features along with exceptional customer service will be the first step towards your new business success.

The charge of £13.75 per week covers up to 12 calls per week with the call time being approximately 2 mins. Additional calls after the 12 are charged at 75 pence per call. Routing an answered call through to your landline is charged at a flat rate 22 pence per call, calls routed to mobiles are charges at 30 pence per minute. We charge Per Call not per minute. Consistently longer calls may require a re-evaluation of call charges but you will be notified in advance. All prices exclude VAT at the current rate of 15%
